We use hot water extraction, commonly referred to as steam cleaning for carpet cleaning. Hot water extraction method removes the toughest, deepest dirt safely and gently. Hot, soft water and a specially formulated cleaning solution are injected deep within the carpet fibers. Then, a powerful suction extracts deep-down dirt, allergens, cleaning solution and 95% of the moisture. It’s the cleaning method most recommended by carpet manufacturers.
You may if you want. A normal vacuuming is recommended but not required.
It takes 20 minutes approximately per room and time can vary according to size of room, amount of furniture to move, how dirty caret is and if any special cleaning treatment is required.
It is better to move the furniture before our crew arrive and give us space to clean carpet, otherwise our crew will move the furniture during cleaning. We do not charge any extra for moving furniture inside the house.
The normal drying time is from 4 to 8 hours depending on the degree of humidity, moisture is inside and the outside home.
We will try our best to remove strains but we cannot guarantee that we will remove all spots or stains. There are lot of factors to consider like age of the carpet, type of carpet, type of strain and how old is strain.
